Our bridge club was established in 1992 as a not-for-profit company, Grand Slam Limited, trading under the name of Hokowhitu Bridge Club. 

The club is managed by a Board of Directors, who are elected by the membership at our Annual General Meeting in December.

The Board of Directors normally meets monthly. Minutes from the Board meetings are available here​​​​​​​. Agenda items for the Board meeting should be submitted to the Secretary. 

The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the income and expenditure of the Club, and for preparing annual financial statements. Past financial statements can be found here.
